Rutile Chromium Glazes--Glaçures au Rutile-Chrome

The Rutile used is produced in Sorel-Tracy Quebec from ilmenite ore and is destined to be used by TiO2 makers. It was 140-mesh sieved. In a first experiment, http://chromebrown.blogspot.com/, it was demonstrated that Green Chromium Oxide may produce browns :http://pagesperso-orange.fr/smart2000/chrome_chromium.htm This time we have added increasing amounts of UGS-Rutile to see what would happen. As expected the colours are lighter.
